Fresh and delicious ground New Mexican chiles make all the difference when making chili con carne or posole. This chile powder is made from 100% dried chiles and comes from a small grower in New Mexico.

Please note:  No added artificial ingredients, so caking is natural. If the powder begins to cake or clump, it is still perfectly fine to eat—we recommend shaking the jar to loosen the powder.  

Cooking suggestions: Use in chilis, as a spicy paprika alternative or simply leave a bowl out on the counter to use as inspiration hits.
